Kaxite PTFE Pipe is manufactured from 100% virgin PTFE and is used wherever aggressive chemicals, high-purity fluids or non-stick surfaces make metal or standard plastic piping unsuitable. The material resists virtually all known industrial chemicals, does not leach additives into the media, and stays stable from cryogenic temperatures up to +260 °C.
Standard outer diameters range from 3 mm to 300 mm, and standard straight lengths from 300 mm to 1000 mm. Long-length coils, custom wall thicknesses and end finishes can be produced to drawing for OEM and project orders.
PTFE pipe is specified when the piping itself must not react with the process. It is the standard choice for aggressive chemistry, high-purity fluid handling and non-stick transfer lines, where metal and standard plastic pipe would corrode, contaminate or build up.
