Kaxite Sealing's PTFE Extruded Rod is a precision paste-extruded virgin PTFE rod engineered as raw material for high-volume CNC machining of seals, gaskets, valve seats, insulating rings and wear parts. Diameter range Ø3-50mm, standard lengths 1000mm and 2000mm, custom diameters and cut-to-length available. Density 2.14-2.20 g/cm³, service temperature -200°C to +260°C, tensile strength ≥25 MPa, dielectric strength >45 kV/mm, friction coefficient 0.04 — the lowest of any known solid material. Available in virgin PTFE (natural white) and filled grades: 15-25% glass fibre, carbon-graphite, bronze and modified PTFE (TFM). FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, RoHS and REACH certified. Kaxite Sealing's Skived PTFE Teflon Sheet is a precision-peeled virgin PTFE sheet with tighter thickness tolerance and smoother surface than molded or expanded PTFE. Produced by skiving a large cylindrical billet into thin continuous layers. Sheet thickness 0.5-10 mm (down to 0.25 mm on request), sheet sizes 1M×1M, 1.2M×1.2M and 1.5M×1.5M, roll format 1M×50M, 1.2M×50M and 1.5M×50M. Service temperature -260°C to +260°C, density 2.14-2.20 g/cm³, dielectric strength >45 kV/mm, coefficient of friction 0.04. Available virgin (natural white) or sodium-etched on one or both sides for adhesive bonding. Thickness tolerance from ±0.03 mm at 0.5 mm to ±0.10 mm at 3-6 mm. Kaxite Sealing's PTFE Sealant Tape is a high-density industrial-grade thread sealant engineered for gas lines, chemical processing, LNG, hydrogen and petrochemical service. Density 0.8-1.5 g/cm³ (3-5× denser than standard plumbing tape). Widths 12/19/25/38/50 mm, thicknesses 0.075-0.2 mm, roll lengths 5-50 m. Service range -240°C to +280°C, gas pressure up to 30 bar, liquid pressure up to 150 bar, chemical resistance pH 0-14. Thread standards BSP, NPT, NPTF, BSPT, DIN 2999 and JIS. Colour-coded grades for natural gas, drinking water, hydrogen, food-grade and high-temperature service. Kaxite Sealing's PTFE Ring is a precision-machined virgin PTFE sealing element available in three configurations: PTFE O-rings for static face and radial sealing (or as back-up rings behind elastomer O-rings), PTFE piston rings for dynamic reciprocating and rotary sealing in compressors, hydraulic cylinders and pumps, and PTFE back-up rings for anti-extrusion service at high pressure. Cross-sections 1.5-20 mm, inner diameters 3-600 mm, tolerances to DIN 3771 and AS568. Service range -200°C to +260°C, static pressure up to 80 bar (400 bar with back-up ring), chemical resistance pH 0-14.
