Kaxite PTFE Molded Sheet is compression molded from virgin PTFE resin and sintered to full density, producing a homogeneous, stress-relieved sheet with high tensile strength (2,500–4,000 PSI) and a specific gravity of 2.13–2.24. Service temperature range is −200 °C to +250 °C, with the best chemical resistance and lowest friction coefficient of any solid plastic. Standard thickness range is 1.5 mm to 50 mm, available in virgin and filled grades. Custom sheet sizes and machined parts to drawing are supported. Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.
Kaxite PTFE Sheet is available in three manufacturing forms — compression molded for thick gaskets and precision machining, skived for thin gauges under 3 mm, and expanded (ePTFE) for soft, conformable sealing at low bolt load. Standard thickness range is 0.5 mm to 50 mm, with sheet sizes of 1000 × 1000 mm and 1200 × 1200 mm; custom sizes on request. The material is inert across pH 0–14, has a service temperature range of −180 °C to +260 °C, a specific gravity of 2.14–2.20 g/cm³ and a tensile strength of 22 MPa or higher for molded sheet. Virgin PTFE is the default for chemical, food and pharmaceutical service; filled grades (glass fiber, carbon, graphite, bronze, MoS2) improve creep and wear resistance for mechanical applications. Custom die-cut and CNC-cut gaskets are supported. Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.
Kaxite Extrusion PTFE Rod is produced by ram or paste extrusion of virgin PTFE resin, giving a continuous, uniform round bar with consistent diameter tolerance and long standard lengths. Standard diameters range from 5 mm to 200 mm; standard lengths are 900 mm and 1000 mm. Specific gravity is 2.14–2.16 g/cm³ and working temperature up to 250 °C, with a service range from −200 °C to +250 °C. Typical tensile strength is 15–25 MPa and elongation is 200–400%. The material is chemically inert across pH 0–14, has excellent dielectric properties and is self-lubricating. Extruded rod is more economical than molded rod for small and medium diameters. Virgin and filled grades are supported, along with custom diameters, cut-to-length and machined parts to drawing. Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.
Kaxite PTFE Molded Rod is a compression molded and free-sintered virgin or filled PTFE round bar with a homogeneous, stress-relieved structure. Standard diameters range from 25 mm to 500 mm with a 300 mm standard length; custom diameters, cut lengths and machined parts are available to drawing. Typical bulk density is 476 g/l, tensile strength 32.7 MPa, specific gravity 2.14 and hardness 58 Shore D. Service range is −200 °C to +250 °C, with 0% shrinkage (ASTM D-570) for dimensional stability. The material is self-lubricating, chemically inert and an excellent dielectric, making it suitable for seals, bearings, insulators and food or chemical contact parts. Virgin and all filled grades are supported. Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.
Kaxite PTFE Ring Gaskets are flat sealing rings machined from virgin or filled PTFE, sized to the flange face and bore. Service temperature ranges from −200 °C to +260 °C with a pH range of 0–14 — suitable for strong acids, bases and solvents. Standard thickness is 1.5 mm to 6 mm, with nominal sizes from DN15 to DN1200 and custom IDs/ODs to drawing. Available in virgin PTFE for chemical, food and pharmaceutical service, and filled PTFE (glass fiber, carbon, graphite, bronze, MoS2) for higher pressure classes. OEM marking, non-standard sizes and material certificates are supported. Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.
