Kaxite PTFE O Rings are precision machined from virgin PTFE, chemically modified PTFE or 15% glass-filled PTFE, and are supplied to customer specification. Density ranges from 2.10 to 2.24 g/cm³ (ASTM D-792); tensile strength from 150 to 375 kgf/cm² (ASTM D-638); elongation at break from 225 to 450% (ASTM D-638); compressive strength from 40 to 75 kgf/cm² (ASTM D-695). The material is chemically inert across pH 0–14, self-lubricating, non-toxic and non-contaminating — unlike elastomer seals, it does not swell, harden or degrade in aggressive chemistry. Applications include chemical processing transfer lines, pharmaceutical and food fluid sealing, analytical instruments, valve stems, pump shafts, mechanical seals and chevron packing assemblies. Chevron packing, V-rings and custom machined profiles are also available to drawing. Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.

Kaxite PTFE Balls are precision machined from 100% virgin PTFE to a flat, tidy surface with no crevices, no layered structure and no separation. The material is chemically inert across pH 0–14, operates from −200 °C to +260 °C, and has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid material — making the ball self-lubricating and non-stick. It is also resistant to aging, radiation, oil and high pressure, with very low permeability. Applications include check valves, ball valve seats, chemical dosing pumps, corrosive fluid conduits, flow meters, electrical insulation parts, sealing parts and connector accessories. Virgin and filled grades are available, along with custom diameters, tolerances and surface finishes to drawing. Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.

Kaxite PTFE Flexible Tubing is extruded from 100% virgin PTFE and supplied in bore 3–28 mm, wall 0.7–2 mm. Service range −200 °C to +260 °C. Chemical inert, low friction, non-toxic — suitable for chemical transfer, insulation, pneumatic, food and pharmaceutical lines. Kaxite PTFE Tubes are extruded from 100% virgin PTFE resin, producing a smooth-bore tubing with excellent chemical resistance and high dielectric strength. Standard outer diameters range from 3 mm to 28 mm with wall thicknesses from 0.75 mm to 2 mm; other sizes can be produced on request. The tubing operates from −200 °C to +250 °C, with a specific gravity of 2.13–2.24 and a tensile strength of 2,500–4,000 PSI (ASTM D638). Dielectric constant is 2.1 and volume resistivity exceeds 10¹⁸ ohm·cm, making the tubing suitable for electrical insulation as well as fluid handling. The smooth inner bore minimises friction and product buildup, and the material is chemically inert across pH 0–14, non-contaminating and non-stick. Applications include chemical transfer lines, insulating sleeves, pharmaceutical and food fluid handling, pneumatic lines and semiconductor equipment. Kaxite PTFE Pipe is manufactured from 100% virgin PTFE and is available in both ram-extruded and paste-extruded forms. Standard outer diameter range is 3 mm to 300 mm; standard straight lengths are 300 mm to 1000 mm with longer lengths supplied in coil form. The material resists virtually all known industrial chemicals across pH 0–14 and operates from −200 °C to +260 °C. It is chemically inert, electrically insulating, non-flammable and has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid material. End finishes include square cut, chamfered, flared or threaded to drawing. Custom OD, ID, wall thickness, coil diameter and end finish are supported for OEM orders. Kaxite PTFE Skived Sheet is peeled continuously from a compression-molded cylinder, producing a thin, uniform sheet with consistent thickness and fewer surface defects than molded sheet. Standard thickness ranges from 0.5 mm to 8 mm; sheet sizes include 1000 × 1000 mm, 1200 × 1200 mm and 1500 × 1500 mm, plus roll form at 1.0–1.5 m wide × 10 m or 50 m long. Available in four standard grades — 53-G (virgin), GF (glass fiber), C (carbon) and B (bronze). The material operates from −260 °C up to +260 °C and is inert to almost all industrial chemicals. Thickness tolerance is +0/−0.03 mm at 0.5 mm and +0/−0.10 mm at 6 mm. One-side or two-side etched surface is available for adhesive bonding. Custom thicknesses, sheet sizes and die-cut gaskets are supported. Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.
